Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Overview & Entity

This policy applies to all transactions conducted in-person at our physical center in Malarna Chaur, Sawai Madhopur, through our online book inquiry channels, or via mobile applications operated by ANKIT MEENA ROJGAR SENTAR (Proprietor: DHAN BAI, GSTIN: 08DYYPB6240N1ZP).

2. Book Store & Stationery Return & Exchange Policy

A. Physical Defect or Misprint (Replacement Window: 7 Days):

If any educational book, competitive exam guide, or notebook purchased from our center is found to have publisher misprints, missing pages, inverted binding, or physical manufacturing defects, it will be replaced immediately at no additional cost within 7 days of purchase upon presentation of the purchase receipt.

B. Incorrect Edition Exchange:

If a student inadvertently purchases an older edition and requires the newly published edition for an updated syllabus, an exchange can be facilitated within 3 days provided the book remains in completely unused, unmarked, and pristine condition.

C. Academic Stationery:

Standard stationery goods (pens, registers, files, folders) can be exchanged within 48 hours if unopened in original manufacturer packaging.

3. E-Mitra Kiosk & Government Portal Fees

To ensure complete transparency regarding citizen services:

• Government Examination & Portal Fees: Statutory fees remitted directly to state/central government gateways (e.g., RPSC, RSMSSB, Jan Aadhaar, JVVNL electricity board, NSDL PAN) are governed strictly by the respective government department's rules. As per government policies, state portal fees are strictly non-refundable once the transaction is finalized.
• Kiosk Facilitation Charges: In the rare event that an online application could not be submitted due to a technical fault on our end and cannot be completed, 100% of our local kiosk facilitation fee will be refunded immediately to the customer.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

• Book Reservations: Orders or reservations for textbooks and competitive study sets can be cancelled free of charge at any time prior to item dispatch or physical collection.
• Digital Services: Citizen form submissions can be cancelled only before final payment authorization on the government gateway. Once the government token is generated, cancellation is governed by government authority regulations.

5. Refund Processing Timeline & Method

When an eligible refund is approved:

• Cash / In-Person: Processed instantly at our physical service counter in Malarna Chaur.
• UPI / Digital Payments: Credited back to the customer's original UPI ID or bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
