• Application Data for E-Mitra Services: When you request assistance with government examinations, Jan Aadhaar updates, or certificate issuance, you may provide necessary identity verification credentials (e.g. Aadhaar number, educational marks, DOB) strictly for transmission to authorized government portals upon your explicit instruction.

B. Information Collected Automatically Through Mobile Apps:

• Device Information: Device manufacturer, model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers to ensure app stability and correct layout rendering.
• Log and Crash Data: Diagnostic crash reports and performance telemetry to troubleshoot bugs and improve app experience.
• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver time-sensitive exam alerts and admit card release notifications.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely for legitimate business, educational, and service purposes:

• To provide timely notifications regarding competitive examination dates (REET, Police Constable, Patwar, RAS, SSC).
• To process inquiries and reservations for educational textbooks, guides, and academic stationery.
• To facilitate authorized citizen services at our physical E-Mitra kiosk pursuant to state guidelines.
• To maintain application performance, fix bugs, and ensure full compatibility with modern Android versions.
• To comply with statutory legal obligations under Indian tax laws and cybersecurity regulations.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

4. Device & App Permissions

In accordance with Google Play's strict User Data and Permissions policies, our mobile applications request only the minimum necessary permissions required for core app features:

• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Needed to retrieve real-time exam notifications, book store catalogs, and vacancy updates.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required on Android 13+ to deliver alert notifications (users can enable or disable this at any time in system settings).
• READ/WRITE EXTERNAL STORAGE (or Download Manager): Used only when the user explicitly chooses to download exam syllabuses, previous year papers, or fee receipts to their device storage.

5. Third-Party Services & SDKs

Our applications and website may utilize trusted, industry-standard third-party SDKs that operate under their respective privacy policies:

• Google Play Services: Core service infrastructure provided by Google LLC.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Push notification delivery.
• Google Play In-App Updates & Reviews: Enabling seamless updates and verified feedback.

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect all user information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. All data transmissions are encrypted using standard Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS). Kiosk transaction records are handled following Rajasthan E-Mitra confidentiality standards.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is mandated by tax or legal statutes.

User Data Deletion Requests: Users of our mobile applications or website may request the complete deletion of their personal contact details or submitted inquiry records at any time by emailing us at support@ankitmeenarojgar.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We process all verifiable requests within 7 business days.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Indian DPDP Act)

Our applications and services are designed for general audiences, students, and competitive exam aspirants. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
